Return & Refund Policy

Ham apne customers ki tasalli ko ahmiyat dete hain. Agar aap apni purchase se mutmain nahin hain, to neeche di gayi policy lagu hogi:

14 Days Return Policy

• Customer parcel receive karne ki tareekh se 14 din ke andar product return kar sakta hai.
• Product original condition mein hona chahiye, istemal shuda, damaged ya missing accessories ke sath return accept nahin kiya jayega.
• Product apni original packing ke sath return kiya jana zaroori hai.

Refund Policy

• Return parcel receive aur inspect karne ke baad refund process kiya jayega.
• Agar return approve ho jata hai, to refund customer ke original payment method ya mutafiq tareeqe se jari kiya jayega.

Delivery Charges

• Agar customer refund chahta hai aur parcel receive kar chuka hai, to delivery charges non-refundable honge.
• Return ki surat mein delivery charges customer ko ada karne honge. Sirf product ki qeemat refund ki jayegi (agar return policy ki tamam sharaait puri hoti hon).

Non-Returnable Items

• Istemal shuda, damaged, ya customer ki ghalat handling ki wajah se kharab hone wale products return ya refund ke liye qabil-e-qabool nahin honge.
